Change of Mind Returns

If you purchase a product from our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Once you have notified us, you must return the product within 14 days.

Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Returned products must include all accessories, cables, and components originally supplied.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund if the value of the product has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or receiving evidence that the product has been returned.

Faulty Products

All products are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If your product develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund as required by applicable consumer law.

We may request photographs, videos, diagnostic information, or return of the product for inspection before determining the appropriate remedy.

Exclusions

We are not responsible for faults or damage resulting from:

Refurbished Products

Our products are refurbished and may show signs of previous use, including minor cosmetic marks, scratches, or wear.

Any significant cosmetic defects will be disclosed in the product listing where applicable.

Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality do not constitute a fault.

Return Procedure

Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.
