Processing Times

All refurbished PCs are tested, prepared, and packaged before dispatch.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. We aim to process the delivery on the same day the purchase has been confirmed.

Delivery

We currently only deliver in the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout and are provided as a guide only.

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Failed Deliveries

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and, where possible, provide photographs of the packaging and product.

Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received.
